Paul has dedicated his career to improving learning environments for students of all ages. A trusted partner of many school systems and educational institutions, he skillfully navigates budget and schedule complexities while fostering designs that are sustainable, maintainable, and tailored to each client’s curriculum and teaching methods. Paul continually pushes the use of design technology—from establishing GWWO as an early user of Building Information Technologies (BIM) to the use of virtual reality—to improve document quality and streamline the design process.
Paul is a current board member of The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools and has held past board positions with the American Institute of Architects’ Baltimore Chapter, Baltimore Building Congress & Exchange (BC&E), BC&E Foundation, and Second Presbyterian Church. He is also a past speaker at the Association of School Business Officials MD/DC Annual Conference, EDSpaces, and the Association for Learning Environments Northeast Regional Conference. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
