Principal

Eric is a talented architect and dedicated client advocate who skillfully leads large and multi-faceted design teams for many of the firm’s collegiate, K-12, and cultural projects. Eric keeps a constant pulse on the construction marketplace and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their monetary, scheduling, and programmatic goals. He was also instrumental in GWWO’s implementation and continued use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, serving as an educator and frequent speaker on its use and benefits.

Eric is a member of the Community College of Baltimore County Foundation Board of Directors and an instructor and advisor for the Construction Owners Association of America (COAA) Owner Training Institute. Previously, he chaired the AIA Baltimore Technology in Practice Committee, served as a guest juror for the Morgan State University School of Architecture and Planning, and was an adjunct faculty member at Morgan. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Morgan State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College.

 

What did you want to do when you grew up?
Own a pizza parlor in Alaska

Best vacation?
Long weekends at a secluded cabin in the Rockies - a chance to un-plug from the busy, hi-tech world and experience real quiet and observe all the stars.
