Jon brings a background in residential construction and furniture design to his architectural work, making him attentive to details, conscious of craft, and always cognizant of the way his drawings will translate to built form. As a building envelope specialist, he performs envelope and specification reviews, conducts field inspections, and serves as a resource to project design teams. His experience has included a variety of K-12 and higher education projects.
Jon is a member of the Building Enclosure Council-Baltimore (BEC-Baltimore) Board of Directors. He has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore and Emergent Structures, both focused on material reuse to reduce landfill waste. He graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with Bachelor of Fine Arts in architecture and Master of Architecture degrees.
