Motivated by the impact his work has on a student’s educational experience, Scott has focused his career on K-12 projects. He is dedicated to creating safe and secure learning environments that are adaptable and exciting for students, teachers, and the community. He has brought his design, technical, and project management skills to a wide range of projects at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Beyond his work with GWWO, Scott is deeply committed to impacting educational design throughout the region. He is the current President of the Building Congress and Exchange Foundation and is on the Board of Directors for the Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools. In addition, he is a member of The Maryland Association of School Business Officials (ASBO), A4LE+EDmarket Architect & Designer Council, and the B.R.I.D.G.E.S Advisory Group.
He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.

What is one building or space that completely took your breath away?
The Pantheon in Rome – it was the first Architecture History 101 building I ever stepped foot in – the space + the moment = tears.
