GWWO has been selected to provide programming and concept design services for a new welcome center and arrival sequence at Heritage Museums & Gardens, located in Sandwich, MA.
The goal of the project is to improve the overall visitor experience, starting from the moment they exit their cars and setting the stage for their entire encounter within the Heritage exhibits and grounds. Serving more than 100,000 visitors annually, Heritage is the largest public garden in Southern New England and is made up of 100 acres of gardens and nature trails as well as three gallery buildings. As this project is the first step in the implementation of Heritage’s 20-year Master Plan, it will establish the tone for the site’s future development.
