GWWO Named a 2016 Best Place to Work

GWWO Named a 2016 Best Place to Work

We are thrilled to announce that the Baltimore Business Journal has once again named GWWO a Best Place to Work!

Following a nomination process, finalists were selected through a confidential and anonymous survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, that gathers employee feedback. The program measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee satisfaction. Quantum then gave each company a numerical score. Based on the survey results, GWWO came in 2nd place in the midsize category! This is our second year in a row as a winner and third year in a row as a finalist.

Principal Laura Werther acknowledged, “While we are honored by the recognition, I think I can speak on behalf of all of the principals and say that the greater honor comes from the fact that the ranking is based on employee feedback. We are most thrilled that you—the people who make this firm great—share our enthusiasm for and commitment to cultivating an engaging and satisfying working environment at GWWO.”

The winners were then profiled by BBJ’s editorial staff to find out what made their company a Best Place to Work. This year’s theme—Superlatives—required finalists to submit their own set of office superlatives, highlighting some of the employees at each firm. GWWO’s superlatives included Office Foodie – Eric Feiss; Office Philosopher – Al Ip; Office Weatherperson – Bob O’Hatnick; and Office Musician – Zach Grajewski.
