Eddie Foy is a skilled structural designer with keen attention to detail. His strong understanding of constructability and field conditions makes him a crucial part of the GWWO quality control and coordination process. Throughout his career, Eddie has worked collaboratively to deliver successful structural designs for various educational, cultural, and recreational projects, along with assessments of historic structures through a long relationship with the National Park Service.
Eddie graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Institute of Steel Construction and a former lecturer at the Morgan State University School of Architecture and Planning.
