The Baltimore Sun has named GWWO one of Baltimore's Top Workplaces for 2017!
GWWO ranked 22nd out of 85 firms in the Small Employers category of firms with 35 to 149 employees. The ranking is determined based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered from a comprehensive survey led by Energage. The survey covered seven factors: alignment–where the company is headed; effectiveness–doing things well, encouraging new ideas; connection–employees feel appreciated; my manager–cares about concerns, helps learn and grow; employee engagement–loyalty, motivation, and referral; leader–confidence in leadership; and the basics–pay, benefits, flexibility.
A record-breaking 173 organizations participated in the survey process this year with 125 Baltimore-area employers scoring high enough to earn Top Workplace honors. We are honored to be listed among so many other outstanding workplaces. What's even more exciting is that this recognition comes just after GWWO received 1st place in the mid-size category for the Baltimore Business Journal's Best Places to Work Competition. What a year!
