Congratulations to Licensed Architects Lindsay McCook and Scott Moir

GWWO is excited to announce that Lindsay McCook, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, and Scott Moir, AIA, are now licensed architects!

Since joining the firm last June, Lindsay McCook has worked on projects in the K-12 education and cultural sectors, including the new Arnold Elementary School in Anne Arundel County, the new Wheaton Woods Elementary School in Montgomery County, and the rehabilitation of Arlington House at George Washington Memorial Parkway in Virginia. She currently serves as the Project Manager on projects for the National Park Service which includes the rehabilitation of historic structures at both Colonial National Historical Park in Virginia and Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania. In addition, throughout her four year career, Lindsay has worked on a variety of other project types including affordable housing and adaptive reuse projects.

With GWWO for over 15 years, Scott Moir has focused his career heavily on the K-12 and higher education sectors, with experience in the cultural sector as well. He has worked significantly on projects including the Dunbar High School renovation in Baltimore City and George Washington’s Mount Vernon Orientation & Museum Complex in Mount Vernon, VA. He has also served as Project Manager on numerous educational projects including the new Lyons Mill Elementary School in Baltimore County, renovations at Benjamin Franklin High School in Baltimore City, and the current expansion and renovation at Towson University Burdick Hall.
