Chris Elcock joined GWWO in 1997 and became a member of the management team in 2003. His experience has focused on cultural and educational projects, with an emphasis on performing arts, interpretive and educational facility projects, including work as a project manager for the creation of a new theater within the Ocean City Convention Center, the new Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center, and a new residence hall facility at the University of the Virgin Islands.

Chris is also a member of the International Interior Design Association and brings his specialized knowledge of interiors and products to his role as the firm’s product librarian.  In this role he ensures the firm has access to and is aware of the latest products, finishes and design techniques and works with project teams to advance GWWO’s ability to meet client needs and achieve design objectives. 

Chris has served on several committees with the Baltimore Chapter of the AIA and currently serves as a pre-design instructor as part of the chapter’s Achieving Registration Together program. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies.

Chris Elcock
