Originally constructed in 1895 as a US Post Office, GWWO has designed renovations to this four-story, 23,000-SF Romanesque Revival study building to house new facilities for The Arts Centre, a non-profit serving students and adults throughout the community.

The historic character of the building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, will be preserved, with modern building systems integrated into historic fabric. Existing finishes and historic details will be re-used, and a sensitive addition will house a new elevator.
